ICC CWC\'19: KP predicts easy win for England vs Australia, gets heavily trolled
Mumbai: Kevin Pietersen is back on the headlines again after he predicted that England would win the game easily despite reeling under pressure at 53-4 in the 14th over.
England needed to chase down 286 to win the match. Pietersen then blindly went on to state the margin of the win also. He stated that England would easily win the match by five wickets.
However, this didn’t go well with the fans who though that Pietersen was acting stupidly and his statement nothing more than a publicity stunt. The fans hence took to twitter and gave him a savage reply. Earlier, Pietersen on air had stated, ‘just give em the Cup’.
