Asia Cup 2018: MS Dhoni leads India for 200th time as captain, Twitter goes berserk
Dubai: MS Dhoni marked his comeback as India skipper during their Asia Cup 2018 match against Afghanistan on Tuesday with Rohit Sharma being rested for the dead rubber.
The Jharkhand wicket-keeper batsman had stepped down as India's limited-overs captain in January 2017 with Virat Kohli being announced as his successor. However, Dhoni now plays his 200th ODI match as captain after 696 days having last captained the Men in Blue against New Zealand.
The veteran cricketer received a grand reception as he took the field for the toss and his comeback as skipper has created a major buzz on social media.
Guess who's turned up at the toss for #TeamIndia.
