Cricket team bowled out for 18 runs, opposition chases down target in 12 minutes

Beckenham were bowled out for 18 runs by Bexley in a Kent Cricket League match within just 11.2 overs.

Kent: It was a match to forget for League side Beckenham Cricket Club as they were bowled out for just 18 runs in 11.2 overs by Bexley CC in a Shepherd Neame Kent Cricket League game recently.

While Beckenham’s innings took 49 minutes, Bexley chased down the target in a record 12 minutes, with all 10 wickets to spare.

“This actually just happened. #BexleyRangers,” Bexley tweeted on their Twitter handle.

Scotland cricketer Calum McLeod was the key man for Bexley, picking up six of the 10 Beckenham wickets.

It was Beckenham who won the toss, and their batting turned out to be a nightmare.

While five of their players failed to score any runs, Alexander Senn, William MacVicar and Calum Lennox contributed four runs each, which turned out to be the highest individual score during the innings.

There were three extras in total during Beckenham’s disastrous innings.
