Pune: After losing the first ODI in Mumbai, some of the Indian players decided to arrive at Pune in style. Team India players Hardik Pandya, Yuzvendra Chahal, Manish Pandey and Axar Patel took a road trip to Pune on Wednesday ahead of the second ODI against New Zealand on Wednesday.

Taking to Twitter, Chahal posted a photo with teammates which read: “Pune 🏎🏎 #INDvNZ”

Virat Kohli-led Team India will face Kiwis in a do-or-die clash at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium here after losing the frst ODI by six wickets in Mumbai on Sunday. Tom Latham and Ross Taylor played match winning knocks as they shared a 200-run fourth wicket stand to guide New Zealand to an easy 6-wicket win over India.

The Indian bowling attack took a beating on a flat deck in Mumbai and without plan B, the bowlers were taken to cleaners. The Kiwis chased the target without taking any undue risks.

Virat Kohli who scored a century (121) in his landmark 200th ODI, will be looking to continue his form with the bat, while Indian bowlers will look to put on an improved show in Pune.
