Taking first strike, Pasha Beedi declared on a mammoth 413 for the loss of nine wickets at stumps on Day One.
Faiz scored at a fair clip for his 152 runs while Nadeem matched him in pace during the course of his 115-run knock.
Faiz consumed 174 deliveries and smashed 19 fours and two sixes while his partner-in-crime Nadeem stroked 14 boundaries.
Abhinacv, with 34, and Jaya Chandra, with 33, chipped in with useful contributions as Pasha Beedi ground MCC to dust.
