Skittling Jawahar for 103, Cambridge declared their innings at 251 for six with half-tons from Rajoo Bhatkal (68), Rahul Vernekar (61) and Preetham (55).
Faced with a 149-run deficit, Jawahar could only manage 186 as Prasad got into the act again. Needing 38, Cambridge then knocked off the winning runs in 9.2 overs.
