Kedar Jadhav in tug of war battle between BJP and Congress
Dubai: India’s right-arm offbreak bowler Kedar Jadhav had a match to remember against Pakistan in their Asia Cup 2018 encounter, having finished with a spell of 3-23.
Jadhav was without a doubt a key player in bowling out Pakistan for 162 runs, while the Indian batsmen ensured that they would win by eight wickets.
However, the match was not short of off-the-field drama, as actress and Congress’ social media head Divya Spandana made the headlines for the wrong reason.
Spandana in her tweet took a dig at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government comparing Jadhav’s bowling action to that of the Indian rupee’s value.
“Kedar Jadhav's bowling action is so low. Still not as low as the value of Rupee #INDvPAK,” is what she wrote on Twitter.

However, the BJP Karnataka’s official Twitter handle hit back at Divya, claiming that her IQ was lower that Pakistan’s performance in that match.
“Not sure about Kedar Jadhav’s bowling action but your IQ for sure is lower than entire Pakistan teams performance,” read the tweet.
