Mohammad Amir, Junaid Khan get green signal from PCB for English county stint

Karachi: Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir, who tormented the Indian top order in the Champions Trophy final, is all set to make his county debut for Essex this summer.

As per geonews, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) on Tuesday issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to Amir for featuring in English county cricket later this season.

 

The left-arm pacer will represent Essex in the NatWest T20 Blast, England and Wales' Cricket Board's (ECB) T20 league.

Amir team-mate Junaid Khan has also been issued an NOC by the PCB to play for Leicestershire county this year.
