Sania Mirza, husband Shoaib Malik pose for picture with Zaheer Khan, Sagarika Ghatge
London: Indian tennis ace Sania Mirza took some time off from tennis as she was seen with husband and Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Malik on the streets of London.
Shoaib, who was a part of Pakistan’s title-winning Champions Trophy side, stayed back in London to watch his wife Sania during the recently-concluded Wimbledon.
However, Mirza was knocked out in the round of 16, after suffering losses in both women’s doubles and mixed doubles events. Mirza, who partnered with Kirsten Flipkens for the women’s doubles, was sent packing by Martina Hingis and Chan Yung-Jan.
In the mixed doubles event, Sania and partner Ivan Dodig were also knocked out from the pre-quarterfinals after a defeat to eventual runners-up Heather Watson and Henri Kontinen.
The duo was later seen enjoying their time together on the streets of London.
The couple, later on, met up with former and current cricketers Ashish Nehra, Zaheer Khan, Sagarika Ghatge and former Pakistani cricketer Azhar Mahmood and few others. Sania then took to Twitter to post a group photo, which included all of them.
