Centurion: 35th ODI ton. 27th while chasing the target. Fastest to 17,000 international runs, most runs in a bilateral ODI series, most hundreds for an Indian captain in a bilateral series. Virat Kohli’s record-breaking streak generated another round of mind-numbing numbers as he scored an unbeaten 129 off 96 balls India beat South Africa in the sixth ODI by eight wickets to win the six-match ODI series 5-1 in Centurion on Friday.
As Kohli scored another hundred, Twitter was in a meltdown praising the Indian skipper. Former England captain-turned-commentator Michael Vaughan, who has praised Kohli many times in the past, was once again wholesome in his praise, terming Kohli, the best ever ODI batsman.

King Kohli had 32 hundreds in 202 ODI's before this series began, i.e one every 6.5 innings, which is astonishing. What he does next, score 3 in 6 ODI's this series. We are a blessed nation , Kohli jaisa koi nahi pic.twitter.com/Wo30ZwzdVz
