Nagpur: No longer a part of Indian cricket team’s limited-overs outfit, Ravichandran Ashwin has brought a new dimension to his game as he intends to make a comeback to Team India in coloured clothing. Apart from bowling his usual off spinners, the Tamil Nadu bowler has now added a different variation to his bowling.
Ashwin, one of the finest off-spinners, was seen bowling leg-spin during the ongoing Irani Cup encounter between Ranji Champions Vidarbha and Rest of India.
To bowl leg-spin, Ashwin has modelled his action to the former team India coach and legendary leg-spinner Anil Kumble.

The bowler, who has 311 wickets to his name from 57 Tests, is trying to push his case for India’s ODI and T20 squad, which is currently occupied by young wrist-spinners Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav.
