Tanay takes six against Mumbai
Hyderabad: The Hyderabad U-23 cricket team conceded the first innings lead to Mumbai but hit back strongly to reduce their rivals to 141 for 5 by close on the third day of their Col C.K. Nayudu Elite Group ‘C’ match being played in Mumbai.
Left-arm spinnner Tanay Thyagarajan had taken 6 for 118 as Mumbai made 409 in the first innings, riding on Eknath Kerkar’s century.
Hyderabad was all out for 258 but did well to peg Mumbai back in the second innings.
