Hyderabad: Flawless Indian cricket team beat Pakistan by 228 runs in their Asia cup 2023, Super Fours' match in Colombo, Sri Lanka on Monday.

India scored 356/6 batting first. Virat Kohli scored 122 runs of 94 balls. KL Rahul also scored a masterfull century. The two recorded the highest partnership in the tournament's history.

Indian pacers and spinners enjoyed good success. Kuldeep Yadav took five wickets.

The match ended on the reserve day, after rain stopped play on Sunday. Rain interrupted play on Monday too, but no overs were lost.
