Over 2000 retweets, 8000 likes! MI loyalist turns MS Dhoni fan, video goes viral
Mumbai: Team India cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni is widely regarded as one of the best cricketers India have had. ‘Captain Cool’, as he is often called, is currently leading Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL) tournament.
CSK have got off to the start they needed, producing thrilling finishes against Mumbai Indians (MI) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in their first two games.
While they beat MI by one wicket, they took the match against KKR to the last over, where they won by five wickets.
When ‘Thala’ Dhoni came out to bat against MI at Wankhede Stadium, the latter’s fans switched their jersey to CSK’s in order to support the Jharkhand batsman.
A video of the same went viral on Twitter, and it soon became a hit with 8000 likes and 2000 retweets.
