India have already sealed the series, having won the first two T20Is.

Chennai: In an effort to keep their premier bowlers in best physical condition for the upcoming tour of Australia, the BCCI selectors have rested Umesh Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah and Kuldeep Yadav for the third and final T20 against the West Indies, to be held here at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium on Sunday.

Bumrah had been rested for the first two ODIs against West Indies too, but played in the last three games of that series.
