Dates are out! Here's the schedule of India vs Australia, India vs New Zealand series

The Indian cricket board also announced the squad of Board President's XI which will take on Australian side.

Mumbai: The Indian cricket board on Friday announced the schedule of the upcoming limited-overs series against Australia and New Zealand. India are scheduled to play five ODIs and three Twenty20s against Australia and will play three ODIs and three Twenty20s against the Blackcaps.

“The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) in association with Cricket Australia and New Zealand Cricket announces the schedule for the upcoming India Cricket home season starting September 17, 2017,” said BCCI in a media release.

“India will play Australia in a five-match One-Day International series followed by three Twenty20 Internationals. Chennai, Kolkata, Indore, Bengaluru and Nagpur will host the ODIs while the T20Is will be hosted by Ranchi, Guwahati and Hyderabad,” added BCCI.

Australia will play a warm-up game in Chennai on September 12 ahead of the series opener on September 17.

New Zealand, meanwhile, will play two warm-up games in Mumbai as the series commences on October 22.

“The home series against New Zealand will witness India playing the Black Caps in three One-Day Internationals and as many Twenty20 Internationals. The ODIs will be hosted by Mumbai, Pune and Uttar Pradesh Cricket Association while the T20Is will be hosted by Delhi, Rajkot and Thiruvananthapuram,” said BCCI.

The Indian cricket board also announced the squad of Board President’s XI which will take on Australian side. Gurkeerat Singh Mann will lead the side which has the likes of Rahul Tripathi, Mayank Agarwal and Sandeep Sharma amongst others.

Rahul Tripathi, Mayank Agarwal, Shivam Chaudhary, Washington Sundar, Nitish Rana, Govind Poddar, Gurkeerat Singh Mann (Captain), Shreevats Goswami, Rahil Shah, Akshay Karnewar, Kulwant Khejroliya, Kushang Patel, Avesh Khan, Sandeep Sharma.
