Mysuru: Namma Shivamogga registered a convincing 28-run win over Bijapur Bulls in the Karnataka Premier League clash held at the SDNR Wadiyar Cricket Stadium in Mysuru on Thursday.
Put to bat, Shivamogga put up 161/5 in 20 overs with opener Liyan Khan providing a good start with a handy 43-ball-50 and Shoaib Manager carrying on the good work towards the end with a 40-ball-60.
In reply, Bijapur never got off the blocks as they ended with a tame 133 all out in 19.5 overs
Nidhish M (46) provided the lone resistance for the losing side as Praddep T and Sarfaraz Ashraf bagged four and three wickets respectively.
