Be kind to needy, says BCCI selection committee chairman MSK Prasad

GUNTUR: BCCI selection committee chairman M.S.K. Prasad asked doctors to render treatments with kindness to the needy patients of the society during the felicitation programme of famous orthopedic surgeon Dr B. Narendar Reddy in Guntur on Wednesday.
The Andhra Cricket Association conducted the felicitation programme to Dr Reddy for securing place in the World Records Academy. Mr Prasad praised Reddy for putting Guntur on the world map in terms of the number of free services he has provided to the poor and needy. He lamented that medical treatment has become commercial however doctors like Dr Reddy have been offering free orthopedic surgeries by donating implants to GGH at Guntur and asked doctors to emulate him in the kind of services they provide. Guntur district cricket association president J. Muralimohan, secretary, Anand Krian, ACA members and many others participated in the programme.
