Mumbai: It is a known fact by now that West Indies players are the most loved cricketers around the globe and specially in the sub-continent, not just for their style of play but because of the energy they bring to the field which makes them great entertainers.
Be it their style of batting or their way of celebrations, you cannot take your eyes off the Caribbean boys — the likes of Chris Gayle, Dwayne Bravo, Darren Sammy to name a few.
Other than their jubilant mannerisms, Bravo and Co are multi-talented. Recently, DJ Bravo launched the ICC World T20 anthem ‘Champions’ which now can be heard at every party. Now, his teammate and Kolkata Knight Riders player Jason Holder has gone a step ahead.
Holder took his fans by surprise when he sang a few lines from Bollywood singer Arijit Singh’s hit track ‘Tum hi ho’.
The West Indian shared a video on his Twitter handle where he is accompanied by his KKR teammates including bowler Jaydev Unadkat. Holder really pulled off a stellar act, and we bet if you closed your eyes you really wouldn’t guess a West Indies cricketer singing that track.
Arijit Singh may really be proud of this performance, which was featured in the movie Aashiqui 2.
