Mumbai: Team India skipper Virat Kohli and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma were the most talked about couple last year, when the two got married in lavish ceremony in Tuscany, Italy. The wedding was a private ceremony attended by family and friends.
The couple then hosted receptions in New Delhi and Mumbai, which was attended by political bigwigs, Bollywood celebrities, and Indian cricketers.
While Anushka has attended Virat's matches across the globe, it is learnt that the couple could soon be making their television debut on Bollywood director Karan Johar's famous chat show ‘Koffee With Karan’.
The makers of Karan's show are keen on getting Anushka and Virat together.
"The only problem is that the filmmaker is busy with several things and the makers are yet to sit and decide with him when they would like to telecast it. But it is definitely happening this year," a report in DNA quoted a source as saying.
Last year, Anushka made an appearance on chat show alongside Katrina Kaif.
The couple is currently busy with their professional lives. While Anushka is currently busy shooting Zero alongside superstar Shah Rukh Khan, Virat Kohli is leading Team India in South Africa.
