Watch: David Warner takes his daughter for walk, gets mobbed by fans in Bengaluru
Bengaluru: India is a cricket frenzy nation and cricketers are nothing less than superstars in India. A scene of a cricketer getting mobbed by a legion of fans is not unusual in India.
But for many international cricketers, the attention and the overwhelming affection of fans could be a new thing and the same happened with David Warner in Bengaluru.
The Australian cricketer – who is in the Karnataka capital for the second India-Australia Test – decided to take his daughter for a walk with his wife Candice. However, he was soon recognised by the local pedestrians, who didn’t want to miss on an opportunity to get a selfie clicked with the hard-hitting batsman.
While Warner was busy obliging his fans, his daughter Ivy was left to wander and made her dismay clear by taking out a tic tac from her mouth and throwing it away.
