Watch Hardik Pandya, Virat Kohli message for Aaron Finch post Jasprit Bumrah's catch

Nagpur: After terrorising the Indian bowlers with sizzling knocks of 125 and 94, in the 4th and 5th ODI respectively, Aaron Finch looked on song for another big score in the 5th and final ODI against India at Nagpur.

Together with David Warner at the other end, Finch settled well at the crease, setting up 66 runs for the opening wicket in no time.

While the new ball bowling pair of Umesh Yadav and Mohammed Shami failed to make an impact, skipper Virat Kohli decided to bring in Hardik Pandya, who struck right away by dismissing Finch.

During the 11th over, the Aussie batsman tried to take the aerial route and hit Pandya over extra cover but miscued his shot. Jasprit Bumrah who went for the catch fumbled initially but put his legs to good use to avoid the ball touching the ground.

Virat Kohli soon joined Hardik Pandya in the celebrations and sent a loud message directed at Finch.

After setting up 242 on board in the first innings, the hosts made the chase look easy as Ajinkya Rahane and Rohit Sharma guided the Men in Blue to victory by 7 wickets.
