Ranji Trophy: Ambati Rayudu to lead Hyderabad team
Hyderabad: Ambati Rayudu will lead the Hyderabad cricket team in their 2017-18 Ranji Trophy campaign, it has been announced on Sunday.
The selectors also named the team that does not include former India left-arm spinner Pragyan Ojha, who has failed to secure a No Objection Certificate from the Cricket Association of Bengal, with whom he has soured relations.
“We will consider him once he gets an NOC from CAB,” HCA secretary T. Sheshnarayan said of Ojha.
Hyderabad open their season on Friday with a match against Maharashtra at home. The following are the teams selected to represent the Hyderabad team.
