Kohli had an extremely witty response to a question over his form as an opener in the press meet following India’s T20I series victory over England.

In response to a question over his poor form, Kohli said, "I opened the innings in IPL and scored 4 hundreds that time people said ‘oh! Such a revelation.’ now I don’t score in two innings and it’s a problem."

The 28-year-old also asked the journalists to focus on other members of Team India.

"Focus on others as well; there are 10 other players in the team. If I do everything what will others do?"

"I’m more happy about the series win and not worried about the opening slot. If I had scored 70 runs in two matches, you wouldn’t have asked me the same question. It’s nice win for us," added Kohli.

Kohli opened Indian innings in all 3 matches scoring only 52 in the T20I series against England.
