Visakhapatnam: YSR ACA-VDCA International Cricket Stadium in PM Palem of Visakhapatnam is all set to host the Legends Cricket League (LCL) T-20 tournament from Saturday, December 2 to December 4.
The host Andhra Cricket Association secretary S.R. Gopinath Reddy announced the line-up of the five teams comprising approximately 70 renowned cricketers from across the globe, who will be participating in the tournament.
Captain Gautam Gambhir leads the India Capitals team, boasting stalwarts like Kevin Pietersen, Yashpal Singh, Richard Powell, Munaf Patel, and Dilhar Fernando.
The other teams are Manipal Tigers captained by Harbhajan Singh, feature a star-studded ensemble of S. Badrinath, Robin Uthappa, Mohammad Kaif and others;
Urbanizers Hyderabad led by Suresh Raina, Gujarat Giants under Parthiv Patel' and formidable Southern Superstars including Abdul Razak, Ross Taylor and Ashok Dinda.
The tournament will kick off on Saturday at 7 p.m. with a clash between India Capitals and Manipal Tigers. On Sunday, December 3, Gujarat Giants take on Southern Superstars at 3 p.m., followed by a gripping clash between Manipal Tigers and Urbanizers Hyderabad on Monday, December 4, at 7 p.m.
