Ranji Trophy: Pacer Ravi rattles Jammu & Kashmir

With 70 runs, skipper Parvez Rasool was the highest scorer for J&K

Hyderabad: Hyderabad pace attack spearheaded by M. Ravi Kiran came up with fantastic bowling display to provide his team an early upperhand against Jammu & Kashmir on the second day of their Ranji Trophy Group ‘C’ match being played in Vadodara, Gujarat, on Wednesday.

At stumps, J&K were reeling at 156/7 in 46 overs as Ravi Kiran demolished their batting line-up with figures that read an impressive 4 for 31 while C. V. Milind, Md Siraj and Akash Bhandari picked one wicket each.

With 70 runs, skipper Parvez Rasool was the highest scorer for J&K. Earlier, resuming at their overnight total of 234/3, Hyderabad collapsed and were bowled out for 328 as they failed to convert their first day’s total into a big score.
