Hyderabad: Vinod Kumar Yadav, General Manager of South Central Railway handed over the promotion papers as Officer on Special Duty (Sports) to the Indian women’s team skipper Mithali Raj, on Monday at the Rail Nilayam, SCR Headquarters in Secunderabad.
