Mumbai: Australia all-rounder Mitchell Marsh has been ruled out of IPL due to a side strain. The 24-year-old Marsh is the latest inclusion in Rising Pune Supergiants’ injury list after Kevin Pietersen and Faf du Plessis.
According to a report in cricket.com.au, the cricketer will return home before he is assessed for the tour of West Indies in June.
Marsh felt pain over his left abdominal area during the nets a few days ago. He missed the next match due to the pain. The injury came to the forefront after the scan.
Other than Marsh, Royal Challengers Bangalore lost their high-profile spinner Samuel Badree, Mumbai Indians lost Lasith Malinga due to injuries....
