Team India cricketer Cheteshwar Pujara takes to Twitter to make special announcement
Cape Town: Team India’s Test batsman Cheteshwar Pujara celebrated his new year with a major announcement that he is soon going to be a father. Pujara took to social media Twitter, to announce that he and his wife Puja Pabari are expecting their ‘little bundle of joy this year.’
Pujara who is currently touring South Africa with team India shared a picture of the two of them together, Pujara tweeted, “We’re expecting our little bundle of joy this year. May the coming year be as blessed and happy for everyone as it’ll be for us.” The couple got married in February 2013.

The year 2017 proved out to be fantastic year for the 29-year-old batsman, as he finished the year at the third spot in the ICC Test Player Rankings for batsmen.
Pujara has so far played 54 test matches for India scoring 4,396 runs at an average of 52.96. The saurashtra batsman has so far collected 873 points in the list of Test batsmen.
India will take on South Africa in 3 Tests, 6 ODIs and 3 T20s, starting on January 5. The first Test match between India and South Africa is scheduled to be held in Cape Town.
