Hyderabad: Hyderabad’s Jwala Gutta, Gagan Narang and B. V. Papa Rao, newly elected members of the Sports Authority of India’s governing body, will interact with officials and sportspersons of Telangana State at 3.30 pm on Saturday at the Tourist Plaza in Begumpet, Hyderabad.
The SAI trio will address officials of the state Olympic Association, sports associations of the state, Arjuna, Padma Shri, Dronacharya awardees as well as other sportspersons at the meeting organised by the Sports Authority of Telangana State.
Telangana Sports Minister T. Padma Rao Goud will be the chief guest. State sports and youth services secretary B. Venkatesham and SATS chairman A. Venkateshwar Reddy will also participate in the meeting where sports issues as well as central funds, resources, facilities and infrastructure are to be discussed.
