Wrogn Kicks Off FY27 With 40% Revenue Growth; on Track To Achieve Rs 600 Crore
Revamped store identity and operations, with AI-led merchandise management solving for brokenness and freshness.

Hyderabad: Wrogn, one of India’s largest youth fashion brands, has opened FY27 on a strong note. The brand is targeting Rs 600 crore GMV in FY27 and has opened Q1 FY27 with Rs 125 crore GMV and strong 40 per cent growth. EBITDA loss for the period improved by 34 per cent, underlining the brand's continued shift toward more efficient, profitable growth.
The strong start to FY27 builds on a steep margin improvement FY26, in which Wrogn reported net revenue of Rs 244 crore, alongside a meaningful improvement in operating efficiency. On an adjusted basis, FY26 EBITDA loss narrowed from Rs 54 crore in FY25 to Rs 38 crore in FY26, a nearly 34 per cent profit improvement and an 8.5-point margin gain and Rs 16 crore absolute reduction. The adjustment reflects a one-time and non-operational expense.
Over the last 18 months, the brand has transformed with strong growth drivers:
1. Wrogn has strengthened its already-robust distribution footprint across online and offline channels, ensuring greater accessibility to consumers nationwide. Owned channels remain a strategic priority, with D2C and EBOs growing 120 per cent YoY. The brand continues to lead across marketplaces — including Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, Amazon, Nykaa, TataCliQ, and Zilo. Italso continues to show strong growth momentum across LFRs (Pantaloons, Shoppers Stop, Fashion Factory & Centro) with 250+ doors.
2. Revamped store identity and operations, with AI-led merchandise management solving for brokenness and freshness.
3. A significant product and sourcing reset — upgraded quality, trend relevance, and an agile supply chain. New launches like linen shirts are exclusively sourced from leading suppliers that provide raw materials to multiple international brands.
4. A marketing approach resonating strongly with both millennial and Gen Z customer cohorts. Wrogn also launched a pathbreaking campaign on socially relevant issues with brand ambassadors Virat Kohli and Ibrahim Ali Khan, which garnered high engagement across platforms. Films such as Imperfections and Failures garnered 15.5 million impressions. Virat Kohli has been closely associated with Wrogn for over 10 years, both as an investor and as the face of the brand.
5. Leveraging TMRW's proprietary tech and AI modules for trend spotting, demand forecasting, content and catalogue creation, and more.
For FY27, Wrogn's priorities centre on deepening investment in D2C and exclusive brand outlets (100+ stores by March 2027) to strengthen owned-channel economics and customer experience, drawing on TMRW’s network and expertise, alongside sustained growth and visibility across marketplaces and LFRs. While denim and shirts remain strong anchor categories, Wrogn has also expanded into new categories built on robust R&D, design, and sourcing capability- withWrogn Active and Footwear (Rs 60 crore ARR) already seeing strong consumer traction and scaling up rapidly. Wrogn is backed by Accel and TMRW, an Aditya Birla Group Digital Venture.
