Fathima Begum’s husband and two children escaped unhurt: Police

Hyderabad: In a hit and run case, a 25-year-old woman Fathima Begum died on the spot at Chandrayangutta after a speeding lorry hit the motorcycle on which she was traveling along with her husband and two children.
However, Fathima Begum’s husband and two children escaped unhurt, according to police. The family is residing at Noorinagar in Bandlaguda. The accident occurred when they were returning home after attending a wedding.
When they came to Chandrayangutta and Bandlaguda road, the lorry driver came in a negligent manner them while taking a ‘U’ turn and fled. Death was instant for Fathima Begum. The police booked a case against the lorry driver under relevant provisions of BNS and took up investigation.( Source : Deccan Chronicle )
