Hyderabad: The Cyberabad police ordered the closure of liquor and toddy shops and bars attached to restaurants excluding bars in star hotels and registered clubs in its limits on account of final immersion of Ganesh idols.
The closure order will be enforced from 6 am on September 25 to 6 am on September 26. Cyberabad Police Commissioner Dr. M Ramesh issued the order in exercise of powers vested on him under Section 20 of the Telangana State Excise Act-1968.
