Warangal: In a dramatic protest against civic mismanagement, BJP leaders in Warangal East rowed boats across a large waterlogged pit that was originally dug for a new bus stand. The pit, filled with rainwater, has turned into a makeshift pool symbolizing, the leaders said, the ruling party’s failure to deliver basic infrastructure.
