VB-G RAM G Guarantees Increased Number of Work Days: Kishan Reddy
BJP leaders felicitate newly elected Panchayat representatives

Hyderabad: Union minister G. Kishan Reddy asserted that VB-G RAM G Bill was much better than the MGNREGA and would provide guarantee of at least 125 days of employment in rural areas.
During an event to felicitate partry-backed newly-elected panchayat representatives, Kishan Reddy credited Prime Minister Narendra Modi for bringing in development across the countryside. “In rural areas, farmers are receiving a total of `6,000 per year, directly deposited into their accounts. Moreover, the Union government is also providing subsidies related to agriculture. The credit for recently passing the VB-G RAM G Bill in Parliament, which increases the maximum number of workdays per year, also goes to the Prime Minister,” he said.
Kishan Reddy called upon the newly elected representatives to work in coordination with the people to formulate a comprehensive action plan for victory of party candidates in the upcoming MPTC and ZPTC elections. While affirming that the people are ready to vote for the lotus symbol, he emphasised everyone should take advantage of this opportunity and move forward.
Kishan Reddy stated that efforts should be made to ensure that the BJP won the maximum number of seats in the GHMC elections, as well as in other upcoming polls in Telangana.
He described the Congress and BRS as two sides of the same coin. He said that these two parties had no respect for the Constitution and lacked sincerity regarding the anti-defection law and felt that these two parties were corrupting the political atmosphere of the state. BJP leaders including party’s state president N. Ramchander Rao, MP Konda Vishweshwar Reddy and others were present on the occasion.
