According to reports, the two youths were riding a motorcycle when they tried to cross the causeway, which was submerged due to floodwaters.

Rajanna Sircilla: Two youths were rescued after they were swept away while attempting to cross the Padira–Ramalaxmanapalle Manair stream causeway in Yellareddypet mandal of Rajanna Sircilla district on Tuesday.
According to reports, the two youths were riding a motorcycle when they tried to cross the causeway, which was submerged due to floodwaters. The strong current swept them away.
Local youths from Padira village, who noticed the incident, rushed to their rescue and pulled them to safety using a rope. Both youths escaped without serious injuries.
