Two Youths Killed As Container Lorry Hits Bike In Yadadri-Bhongir

The accident occurred around 7 am when the container lorry, allegedly coming from the opposite direction, rammed into the motorcycle as the youths were travelling from Mothkur towards Valigonda: Reports

NALGONDA: Two youths died on the spot in a road accident at Narsapuram in Valigonda mandal of Yadadri-Bhongir district on Sunday morning when the motorcycle on which they were travelling was hit by a container lorry. The deceased were identified as Bolla Deekshith, 21, a resident of Dacharam, and Kokkala Sai, 20, from Dattappagudem village in Mothkur mandal of Yadadri-Bhongir district.

The accident occurred around 7 am when the container lorry, allegedly coming from the opposite direction, rammed into the motorcycle as the youths were travelling from Mothkur towards Valigonda. Both were crushed under the lorry’s tyres and died on the spot.

Police said overspeeding and negligent driving by the lorry driver were the reasons for the accident. The bodies were shifted to the Bhongir Area Hospital for post-mortem examination. A case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
