Two Die, One Injured as Bike Falls from Punjagutta Flyover

Hyderabad:Two persons died while a third was injured after the bike they were riding triple hit a divider and and plunged down from the Punjagutta flyover in the early hours of Wednesday.

The deceased were identified as Lakshmi Narayana, who died on the spot and Bharath, who was shifted to hospital where doctors declared him was brought dead. Venu suffered serious injuries.
Police said that the three persons are residents of Balamrai and construction workers. They consumed liquor and were riding triples on a bike. As the bike traversed up the Punjagutta flyover, the driver lost control and rammed into the divider.
Police said rash driving in intoxicated condition caused for mishap. The retaining wall of the flyover prevented the bike not fall from the flyover.
