Trial Run at TIMS Sanathnagar from Friday; OP Services in 22 Departments

Hyderabad: The government is set to begin trial operations at the Telangana Institute of Medical Sciences (Tims) in Sanathnagar from Friday, ahead of its formal launch. Acting on the directions of minister Damodar Rajanarsimha, the health department has completed arrangements for the trials which will continue for about a month.

During this period, outpatient (OP) and diagnostic services will be provided between 9 am and 11 am. The trial run will cover services across 22 departments, including cardiology, neurology, nephrology, gastroenterology, urology, general medicine, and general surgery. Officials have deployed the required doctors and paramedical staff to ensure smooth functioning of services during the trial phase.
