Hyderabad: A trainee IPS officer Uday Krishna Reddy against whom a case was booked for harassing a woman trainee IPS officer of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy, allegedly attempted suicide on Monday. He is undergoing treatment in a private hospital in Erragadda.
The incident occurred at the house of Reddy’s brother in Mothinagar. On seeing his condition, the family rushed him to a private hospital in SR Nagar. A case was booked against him at Attapur police station following a complaint lodged by a woman trainee IPS officer.
