TGNPDCL CMD Reviews Power Projects in Rajanna Sircilla
The CMD directed officials to resolve consumers' grievances promptly and plan for future power demand.
Rajanna Sircilla: TGNPDCL Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) Karnati Varun Reddy visited Rajanna Sircilla district on Friday, where he reviewed the progress of ongoing power infrastructure projects and inaugurated various development works aimed at improving the reliability and quality of electricity supply.
During the visit, Varun Reddy said three new substations have been sanctioned, of which two are currently under construction.
He further said that 15 of the 19 proposed bunched breakers have been commissioned, and a new bunched breaker has also been commissioned at the Marripalli Substation.
Varun Reddy said the existing 3.15 MVA Power Transformer (PTR) at the 33/11 kV Vattemla Substation has been successfully upgraded to a 5 MVA Power Transformer.
He added that new agricultural power connections have been provided to farmers under the Uniform Service Line Charges (USLC) scheme. He also said the power distribution network has been strengthened by erecting middle poles and replacing damaged poles.
The CMD directed officials to resolve consumers' grievances promptly and plan for future power demand. He also instructed them to reduce power losses while ensuring a reliable and uninterrupted power supply.
