TGICET 2026 Counselling From July 31: Check Schedule Dates

The first phase of ICET 2026 counseling will begin on the 31st of this month and end on August 14th, 2026.

Hyderabad: The Telangana Council of Higher Education (TGCHE) has released the detailed notification for TG ICET 2026 counselling on its official website. Counselling for the MBA and MCA courses in government and private colleges in the state is scheduled to begin on July 31st, 2026. ICET admissions convener and Commissioner of Technical Education for Telangana, A. Sridevasena, released the schedule to this effect on Monday.
Convener quota seats will be filled through two phases of counselling.
The first phase of counselling will begin on the 31st of this month and end on August 14. While the last phase of counselling will continue from August 17 to 25, and guidelines for spot admissions will be issued on August 24.
Around 46,654 people who qualified will secure seats through counselling in ICET this year.
The first phase of the counselling schedule is as follows:
Slot booking for document verification: From July 31st to August 5th
Document verification: August 1-5th
Registration for web options: August 3-8th
Seat allocation to be completed by August 11th
From August 11th-14th: Fee payment, self-reporting
Guidelines for spot admissions: From August 24th.
Along with the notification, TGCHE released the list of helpline centres, manual option form, and other details for reserved categories and minority category candidates.
