Tension at JNTU Hostel After Students Clash During Teej Celebrations
The principal reportedly directed the hostel staff to ascertain the reasons behind the incident and take necessary measures to prevent such incidents from recurring.
Hyderabad: Tension prevailed at the JNTU College hostel in Kukatpally after a group of B.Tech students allegedly assaulted each other on Thursday night, leaving several students injured.
According to reports, students from the Goutami and Manjeera hostels got into a fight during Teej celebrations at the college hostel. The students reportedly formed two groups and clashed over a petty issue.
Hostel staff immediately informed the college principal, who reached the hostel and reprimanded the students. The injured students were shifted to a nearby private hospital, where they were provided first aid.

He also warned that strict action would be taken against students found involved in such activities.
