The accused shared selfie video with friends who made it viral in Bangalore
Hyderabad: A 70-year-old woman Kamala was murdered allegedly by her tenant in Kushaiguda and made a selfie video while dancing on the body before sharing it with his friends. He killed her for admonishing him over payment of the rent.
Taking advantage of the woman who staying alone at the house, the 17-year-old tenant hanged her to death on April 11. He then took a selfie while dancing on the body and shared it with his friends and went to Bangalore.
As the video went viral in Bangalore, the police came to know about the video and were trying to ascertain its source.
The incident came to light when the locals complained of foul smell in the locality and alerted the police. The police rushed to the spot and the body was shifted to the Gandhi hospital mortuary for autopsy.
