Telugu Man Missing in Alaska

The Alaska state troopers said Hari Krishna may have travelled to the Fairbanks area.

Hyderabad: Alaska police have sought the public’s help in tracing Karasani Hari Krishna, from Andhra Pradesh’s Guntur district, who went missing in the US state.

Hari Krishna, who resided in Texas, was last seen on December 31 leaving the Aurora Denali Lodge in Healy, Alaska. He had informed friends he was on vacation and would return in two weeks. His last mobile signal was traced to Denali, about 20 km from Healy, and he has not contacted family or friends since December 29.

Meanwhile, Telugu community members have appealed to the FBI and Texas authorities to expand the search. A petition on change.org, which has garnered over 3,500 signatures, requests coordination between federal and state agencies in Texas and Alaska to provide interstate investigative support.

The Alaska state troopers said Hari Krishna may have travelled to the Fairbanks area. He is described as approximately 5’7” tall, weighing 130 lbs, with black hair, black eyes, and glasses. Authorities urged anyone with information to contact the Alaska state troopers in Fairbanks.
