Telangana's First AI-Native B-School Launched
Students, faculty members and institutional leaders also took pledges to use AI ethically and professionally, while certificates were distributed to participants who completed the institution’s AI-native transformation programme.
Hyderabad:Telangana’s first AI-native business school was launched in Hyderabad on Wednesday, with EThames Business School announcing the integration of artificial intelligence across teaching, learning, research, innovation and student development.
The institution said the move was aimed at preparing students for workplaces increasingly shaped by AI tools and automation. Under the AI-native model, artificial intelligence will be embedded across academic and professional learning processes rather than taught as a standalone subject.
EThames chairman Kali Prasad Gadiraju said the transformation was a response to rapid changes in the world of work. “The world of work is changing faster than educational institutions. AI literacy and AI capability have become essential skills,” he said, adding that AI should strengthen learning and decision-making rather than replacing human thinking.
A skit titled AI Tools Speak, Humans Decide formed a key part of the programme, with students and faculty portraying AI platforms including ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Copilot and Grok. The performance highlighted responsible AI use, critical thinking and human oversight.

Joining virtually, IIIT Hyderabad director Sandeep Kumar Shukla said educational institutions must equip students not only to use AI tools but also to innovate responsibly and work effectively alongside them. More than 200 students, faculty members, entrepreneurs and industry leaders attended the event.
