Telangana: Vinay Bhaskar Demands Release of Pending Fee Reimbursement Funds

Hanamkonda: The BRS student wing organised a rally and dharna in Hanamkonda on Friday, demanding the immediate release of pending fee reimbursement funds and cancellation of GO 97.

Students and youth marched from Ekashila Park to the collectorate under the leadership of former chief whip and former MLA Dasyam Vinay Bhaskar and submitted a memorandum to the DRO.

Vinay Bhaskar said the delay in releasing fee reimbursement funds was causing hardship to students from poor and middle-class families and urged the government to clear the pending dues immediately to safeguard their future.

He also demanded that the government address problems faced by polytechnic students due to GO 97 and withdraw the order. Police reportedly stopped government polytechnic students from joining the protest, but they expressed solidarity with the agitation and participated in the programme.

Vinay Bhaskar said the BRS would continue its fight until the problems faced by students were resolved.
