Telangana Tourism Launched One-Day Pilgrimage and Heritage Tour Covering Six Destinations
The tour starts with the visit to Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple at Yadagirigutta for darshan, followed by breakfast at Haritha Hotel in Yadagirigutta.
Hyderabad: The Telangana Tourism Development Corporation Limited (TGTDC) has introduced a one-day pilgrimage and heritage tour package covering Yadagirigutta, Shilparamam, Kolanpaka Jain Temple, Swarnagiri Temple and Pochampally. Tourists can board the buses from three places in the city: Yatri Nivas in Secunderabad at 7 am, Paryatak Bhavan, Begumpet at 7.15 am, and the Central Reservation Office (CRO), Basheerbagh at 7.30 am.

The tourists then travel to Shilparamam rural arts and crafts village, followed by a visit to the historic Kolanpaka Jain Temple, one of the oldest and most significant Jain temples in south India.
After a South Indian vegetarian lunch at a hotel in Bhuvanagiri, the tour proceeds to the Swarnagiri Temple before heading to Bhoodan Pochampally, internationally recognised for its Ikat handloom weaving tradition. Hi-tea will be served at Haritha Hotel before the group returns to Hyderabad by approximately 7.30 pm.
The package includes to-and-fro travel by AC mini bus, breakfast, South Indian vegetarian lunch, hi-tea and darshan at all the temples. The charges for adults state Rs 2,070 for adults and for children Rs 1,770.
