Heavy Rains Likely in Several Telangana Districts Till 9 AM
Hyderabad is expected to remain dry till the afternoon.
Hyderabad: A few parts of Telangana are already experiencing rain, while moderate to heavy rainfall is likely in Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Suryapet, Mulugu, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Peddapalli, Mancherial, Nizamabad, Rajanna Sircilla, and Medak districts till 9 am.
According to weather forecasts, light rain is expected in the remaining districts of the state.
Heavy rainfall hit many parts of south-east Hyderabad on Monday night, leading to waterlogging and slow-moving traffic in low-lying areas. Among the highest rainfall recorded, Saroornagar received 112 mm, followed by LB Nagar with 95 mm, Uppal with 81.3 mm, and Nagole with 79 mm.
Today, Hyderabad is expected to remain dry till the afternoon. However, weather conditions are likely to change by evening, with some parts of the city expected to receive light to moderate rain during the evening and overnight.
