Telangana to Hold Vidya Varostavalu From May 11 to 17
Officials said sarpanches and local public representatives will be involved in development works in schools

ADILABAD: The state government will organise ‘Vidya Varostavalu’ from May 11 to 17 across districts to improve student enrolment and strengthen interaction with parents in government schools.
The programme will be held under the Praja Palana-Pragati Pranalika initiative, with a focus on school development and community participation.
As part of the exercise, special coaching classes will be conducted under Prof Jayashankar Badi Bata for students who did not clear the SSC examinations. Officials said sarpanches and local public representatives will be involved in development works in schools. Library Day will also be observed during the Varostavalu.
